  • To commemorate the memories of martyrs by constructing memorials in honor of those who fell victim to terrorism in Jammu & Kashmir, irrespective of their religion.
  • The Trust has been established to construct memorials for victims across Jammu & Kashmir and, if required, will extend its activities to other parts of India.
  • To reopen the cases of lodged FIRs in order to seek justice.
  • To work for the welfare of the families of victims of terrorism.
  • To provide legal assistance to the families of victims of terrorism.
  • The Trust will especially work for those victims who have suffered vicious acts of violence at the hands of known or unknown perpetrators.
  • The Trust will leave no stone unturned in ensuring proper compensation and justice for victims of terrorism.
  • The Trust will seek justice for all victims irrespective of caste, creed, color, or religion.
  • The Trust will draw the attention of State Governments, the Central Government, and human rights organizations to help achieve the objectives of the Trust.
  • The Trustees shall hold the corpus endowed by the Authors of the Trust, along with any other movable or immovable properties acquired from time to time by way of purchase, exchange, grant, allotment, subscription, endowment, donation, contribution, or by any other means. All such assets shall be treated as Trust properties.
  • To raise adequate funds necessary for implementing the programs and activities of the Trust, and to regulate and utilize such funds effectively.
  • To receive grants-in-aid, subsidies, development assistance, donations, etc., from the Central/State Government, individuals, or other bodies, whether within the country or abroad, and to enter into necessary agreements as per law for this purpose.
  • The Trust will work for the betterment of those who have been harmed, injured, or killed, as well as those affected by militancy in Jammu & Kashmir since 1989–1990.
